The first time there in mid-January. It is a small place on a rural road. When we entered, there was one line and we were fifth in the line for a table. We haven't waited long. It was worth waiting. What a great little hometown with 50 years of history. We always look for something new for breakfast and this place is a jewel. Go hungry because the portions are huge. We plan to go back to lunch or dinner.
We love this place! I'm a big steak-hoagie love critic. I had them everywhere G Gs is the best by far!! Just a complaint is as soon as I go the steak hoagie, and it was soggy from the condensation I suspect. I would just recommend going Sammich in slide. But seriously another 5 diner! Plz never leaves us!! Love to feel the service and hometown! No change!
First visit. Natalie and I were greeted by Tanner and Chris and treated like Queen. Service could not have been better and food was for to die! Sitting at the counter is always a fun change and makes the waiting time less. We will definitely come back!
The food was excellent and worth the drive to the restaurant from Latrobe. Also Chris was great to talk to and the service was excellent would recommend it to all my friends and family and we have plans to go back again
