The estate is not a restaurant in the real sense, but it is also more than an external economy. Those who come near Naumburg should visit the Hake and Fröhlich winery in Roßbach. The pair of Hake and Fröhlich also operates in Roßbach a sales /Probier /Gutsausschank with a lot of success. There is a beautiful terrace in front of the estate. Here you can sit outside in beautiful weather and enjoy the sun all afternoon, or then in the evening the sunset. The concept of the operator convinces. In the afternoon hours, the excursion is very well frequented. He also seems to be a nicely visited meeting place for some residents of Roßbach, because during our short holiday here in the late afternoon we met again and again a “women’s table” with excited conversations. In addition to their own wines, the Gutsauschank also offers rich bread-time plates of good quality. I was very fond of the 4 liver sausage variations. From my point of view, the wines are recommended for your own purchase: two very successful Rieslings (2014 and 2015) for 8.50 and 9.50 Euros also a very good Rieslingsekt in the Brut and/or extra dry for around 13 euros and currently a very unusual rosé, which is quite dark, but still has the freshness of a beautiful summer pink
Wir waren zu einer Weinprobe da. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten, da es vorab kleinere Missverständnisse gab, war es ein sehr angenehmer Besuch, bei dem man viel über Wein erfahren durfte. Die verkosteten Weine trafen den Geschmack. Sehr empfehlenswert bei den Weißweinen ist der Silvaner 2015 und bei den Rotweinen der Spätburgunder aus dem selben Jahr. Die Weine machen einen wundervollen Eindruck. Ansonsten verfügt diese kleine Schenke über ein tolles Ambiente und einen Freisitz.
Dieses Weingut ist unbedingt einen Stopp wert! Toller Außenbereich und sehr freundlicher Service. Auch die kleinen Speisen sind richtig lecker und passen toll zu den angebotenen Weinen. Wirklich empfehlenswert!
