In my opinion, there are the best cakes and baked goods in Gütersloh, which are not themselves baked. The selection is large and the baked goods are always fresh. My favorite place is the Black Forest Chess, this is always very tasty with Fritzenkötter and not as dry as with many other bakeries. In the adjacent café you can sit very well and enjoy the cake on site.
5 stars and my favourite in all kinds of baked goods: one of the few bakeries (or even the only ones? where everything is baked directly on site and not just doughlings are made warm. That's how it tastes: Just great! Especially the rolls taste very special, they are baked directly on the stove plate according to old tradition.
