I went to Freddys and ordered my food I also send a complaint and never heard anything from you guys. Ordered for 3 people and ordered a key lime pie concrete well I got my food and waiting for my concrete and no one is making it to find out they ran out and the manager went to buy some and no one asked if we wanted something else and this was carry out. While I’m waiting my food is getting cold and the manager finally came back well there still not making it 20 minutes later after I received my food I finally got it. The manager didn’t even come and apology for it. Of course our food was cold had to heat it up didn’t taste good at all.
I 'll start out by saying the food was decent. my experiences was although far from that. Messed up our orders and as simple as it seems they didn 't know who got what even w it listed on our receipt. Next....while going to get ketchup for my fries i noticed the dispenser was empty. no biggie, but when I let the them know and their reply was when I have time I 'll get to it. in a negative voice. A bit thrown off by that response as other customers heard this too. This and with maybe 12-15 people total in the store. This was my first and last visit to this location.
The malt was good, the fries were kind of cool, how often do you get shoestring french fries. But the burger, yes, the bun, cheese, pickles were all fine, but, what's with the burger? It was flat, they totally flattened it, as thick as beef jerky. I might have to eat there again just to make sure, yup, it is actually that flat.
My first time at a Freddy's. I had the Double Bacon BBQ Burger. It was quite good... but not as BBQ-flavored as I thought it would be. Others in my group loved the chicken strips and we all liked the shoestring fries.
