Frascati - Table reservation

The food was fine but here is another example of restaurants in parts of Spain trying to rip off their customers. Take a good look at this receipt and spot the prohibited behaviour. 1. The waiter suggested a pasta dish which wasn't on the menu. On the bill it's almost twice the price of all other pasta dishes. He didn't mention this and I opted not to ask, just to see what the outcome would be. This practice is ILLEGAL. 2. A charge for the use of cutlery. This practice is ILLEGAL. They didn't even give me a knife for the main course and I didn't feel like asking for it. 3. 10% tax is added to the bill. This practice is ILLEGAL. What tax are they quoting when IVA (VAT) in Spain is 21%? I didn't leave a tip since they clearly felt the best way to get it was to charge for it. Once a more detailed complaint reaches the Spanish consumer protection office, however, I wonder what the fine will be....

First restaurant we found after we landed and we were very hungry. We all got pizzas and everyone left empty plates. There were 7 of us but the pizzas came out at different times, a couple of us were almost finished by the time the last person got their pizza. However taste is key, and they were smashing pizzas and good value.

We visited one night and loved it so much we went every night! Excellent food, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Our vegan friends were able to eat well.

This is a Great find....Great pizza and really good value. My wife had the margarita and I had the Diavola...highly recommended

Wow wow wow,great pizza and pasta. Wonderful staff and complimentary shot at the end. Very authentic vibes .
