I hate to give a negative review because the staff were polite and offered a refund. However, this is the third time I've ordered food from here and they've made mistakes every time. This one was particularly egregious: I ordered a chicken tortellini dish, and it came with ground beef and ham in addition to the chicken. The ChowNow app and Frankie's own menu don't mention this anywhere. If you keep kosher or halal or have health restrictions that don't allow you to eat red meat, I wouldn't eat here or would exercise caution when doing so. If you're more of a carnivore though, your experience might be a better one. I just think that's a really bad mistake and personally will not be eating here again. Dietary restrictions: Does not respect dietary restrictions and adds extra meats to dishes without informing the customer

I didn't even realize there was a restaurant here because it doesn't look like there us from outside. But inside is surprisingly spacious. We came during Happy Hour so I tried the Midnight Spaghetti which was the marinara and Alfredo sauces combined. It was good, basically a creamy pasta sauce. We also ordered a 10 pizza which was a good price for the price and customization. I will probably be back next time I get a tire rotation nearby.

The deep dishes are fake deep dishes. The crust just rises up and they sprinkle a small amount of cheese over the top of that that is not what a deep dish is. And they charge you much more for that pizza, and there is far too much crust on the outer edge. Go buy a bag of cheese and throw it on some toast and it will be BETTER and cheaper than this.
