Sorry about the lack of photos this time... when they 're slammed it 'll take a bit to get your food so we dug right in. Super great value and cozy old school vibe. It looks like it did when your grandparents were regulars. Friendly hard working staff, extensive menu and unbeatable kids deal at $6.50ish including drink- even the kids chicken tenders are hand-breaded. They 're busy at dinner- take their suggestion to rush your kids food especially if you 're ordering the popular fried chicken which is 100% worth the wait (and weight). Mashed potatoes I think are geniusly Yukons instead of Russet so they are even better than you 're expecting. Spaghetti was good but it 's not a sweet sauce if that 's what you 're hoping for. Lots of menu items to choose from to please your picky crew. Excellent value. You probably won 't have room for ice cream, which is a shame since I saw Serendipity 's Black Walnut as an option.
