We went to F.H on a cold rainy winter day,,,,and the food served was cold. There was not Hollywood kind of ambience. The menu was too rigid as in it could not be altered even if requested..even if the customer was vegetarian. Which is quite normal elsewhere. There was no hot sauce even wen asked although staff was very swift nd friendly,,but could not help much. Just a regular experience.
Service was OK, but we were the only people there at the time. Ordered one of the burgers which turned up still raw in the middle, sent back and when it returned the burger was still raw on the inside. Ordered the chicken sandwich and the bread roll was solid. Chips with cheese and bacon was OK. Bill was over €80, and was not worth it.
Excelente servicio, muy buenos platos y muy muy buena atención sobretodo de Jose Ernesto, estamos muy contentos con su servicio!!
