surprise at flunch st eulalie on Friday night the staff is outdated because they are in sufficient numbers. I notice a vigil in the restaurant and I ask him why he was there. flunch is flunch!!! They are there to restore us without abimating our flavors because it remains industrial kitchen. But they do. So for me, the wait was there, no bad surprise, no big surprise. It's flunch!!!
