Flip's Patio Grill Grapevine

I've been driving from this restaurant for years and wondered. Food, service and the whole place were all right. Good value. But don't think I'll eat in again because the cigarette smoke smell is very strong. We fled outside to a very nice terrace and enjoyed our lunch.
