personal always super friendly...announced delivery times are always adhered to or undershot and delivery service itself is also top. also for years it has been the best load in wood (we were also with others) .no warning why some so negatiw rate or on the day it has just not worked out so great at flamingo for once .can always happen everywhere...so not overvalue
