I've been to this firehouse before and she? I asked the girl for extra BBQ sauce with my sandwich and she said ok (I usually do this without problems). I even verified with her that she put 3 extra sauces in the order. When I picked up my order, the boy who made the sandwich said they could give more than 2 pages of sauce. Although I usually have 3 pages, like last week. I offered to pay for an extra cup of sauce and he said they didn't sell it. Then when I came home, the sandwich is wrong, says No Mayo on the receipt, but it's worn out with Mayo. They also forgot the soup crackers. Terrible service today and the attitude of the child to make the sandwich was terrible. The other boy next to him took my job on the other day and did not mention their rationalization of BBQ sauce at all.
2 times at this point and the customer service at this point is terrible. Please make sure that you repeat the staff your order exactly as you have given it to them and forbid God Your order is INCORRECT. You'll talk to you about what you know what you told them. My husband is disabled and the purpose of ordering ahead is that he wouldn't wait unpleasant in the car. Not only did we wait the Inital for 25 minutes, but we had to wait 20 minutes to get the order back. I've been working with customers for more than 20 years and so I've never treated my customers like that! Other places are much more friendly and pay attention to what you require.
This is a picture of just one of the veggie subs I ordered??? Where are the veggies??? We had to ask for the peppers and cucumbers we ordered cause they were missing and pictures below show what was given to us for two whole subs. On top of this they allowed someone to ?take my order?!!! Yes an order I already paid for. People recommended Firehouse subs, sorry not for me and my family. So disappointing?
I love fireworks. I never had a bad one from any place where I was, and that's no exception. The staff is very nice, it's always clean. I have ordered for the delivery of food in an app in this place and it is always fresh and hot. I go to the subway at TCC because it tastes so much fresher (the pimples are also delicious)
