SNAPSHOT details below 3 stars for product and 4 stars for process. Fresh veggies, so so bread but forgettable meat means they just can't keep up with Jimmy John's and can't hold a candle to Monte's excellent subs. That said, area competitors can learn a bunch from Firehouse: 1) Superior to go packaging 2) In store signage that excels 3) Great staff, very willing to serve 4) Giant row of hot suces you can put on sandwich or salad. Each is neatly labeled for heat level. 5) Very nice looking restroom doors for both men and women 6) Several sharp looking graphical aids to speed customer order. 7) Overall, spotless, roomy and smartly designed store. Did not enter restroom this visit, but always immaculate every other time I went in. This location is franchised, so I get that franchisee cannot upgrade quality of meat and bread. Really too bad. This franchisee is doing everything right. TIP Firehouse is great option if you want a good value.
like normal 3 crew members. older man behind the counter was 7:16 before they spoke at 9? they are coming in packs? since I was the last customer and was 4 in front of me. I guess he felt like customers should visit fireworks under 1 hour 36 minutes before they close. because he doesn't want to work? he also spoke negatiw about the doorstep and said he did not care about her command. they can wait. f they. and raw to make inappropriate sweat that everyone could hear what was not old appropriate. I guess that's how they run a business if they want the patrons to think they shouldn't come to a business 1.5 hours before the closure? and cherry up. when I left, I had a sandwich for my son, who has allergies and has food restrictions. because it was a custom job he noticed loudly, they enjoy it their way, we will bend here for them. with this setting I feel bad for his employees for this setting
they always leave the brot soggy. literal 5 times my sandwichbrot came out. ruined the whole sandwich. one of the managers is so rude for his customers and is annoyed and a bad attitude when he has to do sandwiches and his job. the super high prices not worth
