In the FENSTER 5 near Ben we discovered a surprising new category of pleasure. Funny, pure and yet not easy, incredibly creative and with an optical and tasty quality that can only be put into effect with love for (mostly regional) products and a passionate devotion to cooking. Thanks Ben, for the great and delicious evening, for your wine tour with super wines and the nice conversation beyond the opening season. We hope to experience your stunning cuisine sometime.
