We sat waiting a good 15 mins before we were even acknowledged, which is bad even for France, given that we were one of only two couples in this very small tea room at the time. I asked for the menu, only to be given a menu listing different teas rather than food. By the time I got to see the food menu we had been in there 25 minutes. I ordered a Tarte aux cêpes et confit de canard, which sounded rather appealing, and two teas. The teas took a further 15 minutes to arrive, the longest I've ever waited for a drink in an empty café, and 50 minutes after we'd come in, I was served with what could only be described as gelatinous scrambled egg with rubbery mushrooms and stringy dry duck. I managed to eat half of it, pay and leave. Complete waste of time and money.
