Fatamorgana - Table reservation

Dined here with business colleagues buffet style restaurant, which also offers live entertainment on a Saturday evening DJ's belly dancers. Restaurant is certainly popular, though the diners are literally wedged into tables impossible to leave the table without asking several other diners...to get up too!. There is a happy, party atmosphere in the restaurant, though the music was unbearably loud, and a little off like a cross between authentic middleeastern music, mixed with techno by an amateur DJ. The dancer was a brief distraction, but again struggled with the compact space available. Food was good though, and the pricing offered excellent value

We were so dissappointed that I have decided to write a negative feedback. Never again! The main meal (we had both something from grill) was on sides totally burned and quite hard to eat. As a side we had only dry rice and few slices of cucumber, which was as well dry, no idea how old. What was even worse than our food was the service. The waiter was rude and arrogant. We were the only guests there so as we got our meals, he together with the cook were sitting by a table nearby and smoking to our faces. Not recommended!

Ich war mit meinem Freund dort. Das Essen war qualitativ gut, ich hatte Hàhnchenspieß. Es war echt lecker aber als Beilage gab es leider nur Reis. Dieser war etwas trocken. Ich hätte mir auch etwas Gemüse gewünscht. Ansonsten waren die Getränke mit wenig Kohlensäure. Service war am Anfang etwas abweisend, gegen Ende aber sehr nett.

Ich weiß, es ist hart gleich beim erstenmal eine schlechte Bewertung abzugeben. Da ich aber einem Restaurant keine zweite Chance gebe, sollten sich die Betreiber bei jedem Besuch anstrengen.

Uns wurden Speisen empfohlen, die gewöhnungsbedürftig sind und für Kinder/Jugendliche ungeeignet sind. Servise könnte wesentlich besser sein!
