What an incredible experience! Uponarriving in the lovely, classical German Town of Bayreuth, the oldest church was having their first Sunday service of the NewYear! Their singing rang through the stone paved streets, and the cold air was warmedwith their spirit!The meal served with such style was perfect!The pumpkin soup was delightful and theCheese Appetizer was a tower of manydifferent A+ selections! The goulashmade from venison was very fresh!The children loved their schnitzel and special potatoes!Traveling with small children often presentsit's challenges; however, this restaurantis very family friendly! From the WC to the dining rooms, the restaurant sparkles withclean, well-appointed rooms!Thank you for starting our New Year out in such a Grand Style!
Die Wände des Gastraumes sind mit Festspiel-Fotos übersät. Sehr stimmungsvolles Ambiente. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar, die Preise gehoben, die Portionen nicht gerade üppig. Man sollte unbedingt einen Nachtisch einplanen. Das Schnitzel mit Kartoffelsalat hätte ich auch in meiner Kantine in gleicher Qualität bekommen . Die Bedienung, sehr freundlich und auch künstlerisch angehaucht, erfolgte schnell, fränkische Küche.
