We decided to try it after we often heard it on the Dave Glover Radio Show. I mean, he ran over it. The waiting period was a little longer than we would normally do, but we thought we had already traveled the distance to get there, could also keep it out. They sit in a stand, the table was sticky. Tech 10 minutes to welcome and order our drinks. I ordered Fajitas who were hard and the accompanying vegetables were soggy. My husband ordered several different things because he likes variety, and his opinion was that none of them was above average. Not sure what happened to the whole hype, but I won't go back there.
After the barrage of the ads by David Glover there was an attempt. Very disappointed. I'm from Texas and I know my Mexican cuisine and can appreciate Nuancen varieties. Sheddaughter is native to Mexico City, so I have exposed authentic Mexican cuisine and that was neither authentic Mexican nor decent Tex-Mex. Okay for Missouri Mexicans if that's your expectations.
My Husband I are from the West Coast are living in MO temporarily. We are used to good, authentic Mexican food have tried them all in the area. Espinos is hands down the best by far.
It was excellent! The salsa was one of the best ever! The food was delicious cooked perfectly! The house margaritas were awesome! Will recommend this Restaurant to all my friends!
