We were lucky to find vegan options in the area, especially for early breakfasts. Coffee: the coffee was quite bitter and not our favorite. They had soy milk available but we had to request it. Vegan Banana French Toast: When we ordered they asked if we wanted agave, apple sauce or peanut butter. This seems to be in the leiu of maple syrup, which is really weird when you're maple syrup vegan. We asked if we could have maple syrup and a member of staff said they would try to include it. We opted for apple sauce. We had to ask for the maple syrup twice, and they were really stingy about it. The french toast itself was just okay. It was dry but had good flavor. The applesauce and maple syrup helped a lot. They seemed quite busy but the staff was helpful and our food was ready quickly. We found the price to be a bit high, especially for breakfast.
If I had gone to this restaurant first, I would have come here for breakfast every day. Her tofu frame is on its own amazing (with avocado, peppers, fresh tomatoes and vegan cheese. And bright yellow, provided turmeric, tofu) and light years better than Driftwoods veggie scramble. Her vegan banana French toast was also delicious. Super nice staff, much less touristy than other places, and you can say the vegan options were not an afterthought. It is also next to the bear Den. Maybe after breakfast we passed to buy a chain saw carving of a bear and we are very happy with our outing.
Very clean and friendly staff, beautiful touch where you are poured with cups ready for coffee. You can also buy grain/bean coffee bags to go (what we did) I was recommended to go the?moyete? and was not disappointed if you love chorizo, potatoes, Jack cheese and avocado!!! Don't look! Ask for salsa on the page and this will not disappoint either.
Incredible service and food. I don?t know how anybody rated them less than 5 full stars! Paul?s Classic omelette and French toast were just incredible?the taste was full and flavorful ?? cappuccino was legit too, now I know what a real cappuccino is!
