By far the best, most authentic lunch we had on the big island. Lachon was crispy, juicy, savory, addictive perfection. Papaya soup was soul soothing and left us wanting one more bite! Adobo fries were fun and hearty! The gentleman behind the counter was so soft spoken and sweet. He explained a lot of the options to us and gave a shy smile when we joked with him. They're in a mall type complex that has a beautiful courtyard with outdoor seating were you can watch all the colorful birds and be surrounded by lush landscaping while you dine. Love Emma's.

Not too friendly...hmmm! They said they have 3 locations in the same shopping area. Try to go on the 2nd floor first if you want combo. I made a mistake, the 1st floor only take one order in one plate (with Mac and rice) from $15.99 and above price here. I ordered 1 lechon 1 crispy pork belly. Can u tell d difference? Exactly!!! None of those is lechon. LOL! I'm not going back at all; giving it 1 .

This place is excellent. Good Filipino food. The restaurant is in a dining area with other food places. They also have a second location within the KTA grocery store that is in the same shopping area. The main restaurant has a lot more options on the menu.

All their food was salty specially the fried chicken. I would NOT recommend if your on high blood medication. It's the first time I had potato on my adobo, it was ok. I just hope that they NOT over salt everything!
