ok, the service could be improved, the dishes are good, not excellent as expected. zander fresh, sweet crispy noodles homemade and excellent. salat with garnel, salat excellent garnel fresh, but a little more salt necessary pommes fries raw, after repeating good noodles with mushrooms not enough salt and too much water instead of sose sitting and tables more like a mensa, white linen would help improve
It ist located close to Train Station and the Marta museum in Herford. The menue card is quite various, there is also a chalkboard with specials of the day. The waiters were very polite. It has an open kitchen so one can watch the cooks....The food was delicious and nicely decorated. All in all a very happy evening.
