We've been here quite a few times and the food is good. But we won't be going back due to the service. Tonight we ordered drinks and I asked for a Dos Equis lager on draft, the lady came back and said they didn't have it, so I asked if they had it in a bottle and she said yes. When she came back, it was with an open beer and she said they didn't have Dos Equis in a bottle, but they had this, I told her nevermind and that I would just get a water. We ordered our food, it came out quick, everything was correct. While we were eating, the table next to us ordered a dos Equis lager on draft and their waitress brought them one. The food was good, but we finished it and sat there for 25 minutes before I had to find another waitress to close out our bill and get to go boxes. When our waitress dropped the bill, she stacked the dirty plates directly on top of some of the food we were planning to take home. On the bill, the ink was faded, but there were dollar amounts on the side that were a little more visible. $64 didn't sound right, but I just wanted out at this point. Got home, added up what we ordered and it didn't match up... Because I was charged for the beer I never received. I worked in restaurants as a busser, server, dishwasher and manager for several years. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food. The level of service we received here, was terrible and ruined the experience of going out to eat. Very disappointing.
