El Pollo Loco - Table reservation

Disgusting! Do not buy here and spend your money elsewhere. Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy food! Lazy, sloppy and useless employees. If you don't like to work in a restaurant, why did you apply for a job at Pollo Loco? Hide new employees because they're all terrible. Rent people who need a job and appreciate their services. The creamy sauce is watered when you ask for your salsa or napkins, they are insulted as they do not use napkins. If you ask for something like that, no pico or cheese? You will not make your order, but they will get everything out of a prefabricated order. Tips for advice to rent new administration, introduce new employees who hire the job they are for and stop the sloppy and tasteless food service. Do not take the time to respond to this post, but take the time to change in your restaurant. Peace

I ordered a pollen bowl. Hardly a chicken. They laid the remains of chickens. Mostly rice and beans. Manager very rude and argumentative when I went back to it. She accused me because I asked her to give me two pieces of chicken flour. She would have given me the 2 pieces of meal at no cost because I had to go back home to return the pollen bowl

I liked the service the girl at the counter gave me. She was attentive and gracious and also wish me happy Mother's Day. ??? I found a great coupon on my Pollo Loco app and saved $9. The food was good and the best thing was I didn't have to cook for Mother's Day:

Just gave El Pollo Loco a 2nd chance it did not go well. 1st they need to stop buying their chicken from Munchkin Land. also, it was so dry I almost choked on it. WTH Pollo Seco, I mean Pollo Loco do better.

Food was good just wishing that the bowl was made better. I ordered three additional chickens tostada bowl and they came with decent amount of chicken. But very little rice and beans.
