I must say, I haven't been disappointed yet by El Pollo Loco. They make very good americanized Mexican food. Seasoned well, hot to order, fresh ingredients, and very tasty. Their portion sizes are fair. They do catering too, which many people use for b-day parties, company functions, etc.
The restaurant was very busy, but the staff worked hard and did a good job. The food was delicious. It took a while, but it was very busy and I only saw 3 workers. These 3 were very polite and professional.
I remembered a Mexican version of pollen tropical, really good and healthier then most fast food chains. Quarter chicken had a lot of taste
Doors open full of BUGS. The order was not nice. Eat overcooked. 1 star is generous. Love Polo Loco but never gets back to this place.
