I have to be honest. I saw this restaurant and wanted to go in. The food smelled wonderful, so my nose was saying go in, but it looked a bit odd. Then i looked at the food two old fellas were eating and i said right this is where im going to eat. I had a house special salad followed by sardines then cheesecake with a glass of wine. It was so good i went back Friday night, could not get a table so sat at bar eating tapas. It is much better than you might think from a casual glance. Service is good. The people running the place genuinely are very pleasant.
This should be a 5 star review however the credit card machine was broken and we didn't find this out until after the meal when were informed they only take cash. Thankfully there is an ATM 50 metres away. His recommendation was spot on so take their advice must try the seared tuna. Other cool dish was scrambled egg, garlic and prawns! Sounds awful, tastes delicious. This is Tapas done properly. Friendly service with a big smile.
One of our favourite tapas bars in Denia. Great selection of classic tapas and plenty of seafood. I 'm now an 'Erizo ' (sea urchin) addict! Can 't wait to go back.
