I put my review after having eaten there several times. The respect for the taste of the product is impressive. The simplicity as well as the surprising way in which he prepares the dishes, always with the philosophy of proximity-season, is brutal. The close and friendly service and the prices seem much more than reasonable. Aaaa and an impressive wine list. They also have cider!!!! Who gives more? Without a doubt, it is already one of my reference restaurants in the region. La esencia de Asturias la encuentras en este lugar. La comida fue estupenda……..mejorable el servicio. En mendablegeneral un lugar que merece la pena visitar……su relación calidad precio puede resultar elevado, pero honestamente, trabajan la materia prima local de manera excepcional. Sin duda repetiré.
