Food is solid, good quality and not too expensive for London to be. Service and ambience are not great I fear. The place is really nice, but the music was too loud and I and my partner fought for a conversation. We asked to lower the music, but they did it for a while and then the music was loud again. Dirt plates were left on the table until the bill and no one came to check if we needed anything else during our meal.
Well, I guess I have the best place of the restaurant that was a glass ceiling and it has the Shard and City of London view... just amazing! Tha Essen and the service was also very good. I will definitely make a visit!
Even on a very busy Saturday night, the staff were friendly enough to help us, the 80. celebrating a friend's birthday. We enjoyed the food and would recommend a visit.
The location is fabulous great views from the tables upstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. Perfect for a pre theatre lunch .
