Entered the lobby and after waiting a minute I was told the lobby is closed and was asked if i could leave and use the drive through. Of course at this point there is a line of cars that wasn't there when i entered. They wouldn't do a walk up order or anything. It's not my fault the lobby wasn't closed. It didn't feel good being turned away like that. I was going to use my freebie anyways, so why would it matter.
The customer service at this location is overwhelming. The way one of the staff members talked me almost seemed like it was practiced versed as if robotic. Otherwise a great location and nice people. I had the Campout freeze with 3 shots of espresso and caramel added inside. 4 star review.
Very friendly staff and they're able to get you through the line extremely quickly. However I repeatedly have issues with getting my order correct but I've never had an issue as long as you don't ask for anything extra.
I love dutch bros coffee. I cant do without it. But I can do without the chatty teens serving my drink asking how was my weekend 5am monday morning?if u serve my coffee in silence i wont be offended
