I took my friends to this restaurant for their first time and we were very disappointed with the service. We arrived at 7pm with a party of 6 and it took 45 minutes to get our drinks sorted out. Our starters didn't arrive until around 8:15pm and our main meals didn't come until closer to 9pm. We saw two hardworking staff members trying to keep things together as one chef was missing and the manager was nowhere to be found. The staff were friendly but clearly overwhelmed. The food was delicious as always, but it was unacceptable that the manager did not address the slow service or come to apologize to the customers. Management needs to step up and not become complacent.
The staff at this restaurant, especially the waiter Kieran, were wonderful. Kieran took the time to teach us how to use chopsticks and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and we will definitely be coming back.
Another great Zizzi. Going to any of the Zizzi restaurants is always and easy, friendly experience.
For a chain restaurant, it is top notchThe prices are reasonable and a good menu.
