I’m a regular, I like this place. They’re very busy. Sometimes it’s a long wait, but I know that.What I don’t know is who would look at this sandwich and think that it’s ok to serve to someone that paid money. Or how you think that I won’t taste the sticky, burnt bread if you put it facing the inside. Disgusting. I can barely salvage this.This sandwich shouldn’t have left the building. This isn’t the first time. I would wait for a good sandwich.Open your food before you drive away.
I always get ignored at the counter, they are more concerned with the people in the drive through. I also hear the manager swearing all the time with customers in ear shot. The service is unbelievably slow. Today (Nov 22) the lobby was locked. No note on the door or anything. I had to go to the drive through and stood still in it for over 15 minutes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is.
