I visited this site on the blvd peninsula today very hesitant with passing, as I do not want to use driving, the service is usually not good and orders wrong. This was the whole opposite of my experience in this service business was excellent. Not only the order correctly taken, but it was checked with me on the window, and the lady in the window was exceptionally pleasant and treating a pleasure. What a great start to my morning!!
This is the worst dunkin doughnuts to EVER visit. Half of the time the store is never open to get service. I drive all the way here just to pull into the drive thru and the person says something that I couldn?t hear and then never respond back to evenallow me to order. I drive around to the window and no one is inside. This place needs to be shut down ASAP!!
One of the DD was recently remodeled in Hempstead. I feel the service has changed meaning that my coffe don't taste good like it did before and my toast cinnamon raisin ???? bagel with cream cheese isn't toasted long enough like it was before. What happen?New staff!
Staff seem cool, a little to long, should work more than one employee. Clean, overall good experience!
