I drink a coffee, and I go to this Dunkin Donuts every day, sometimes several times a day, so I am familiar with all staff on all layers. This DD has one of the most beautiful, friendly and competent staff I have seen. You always welcome everyone and if you are regular, remember who you are and how you like your coffee. It's not just me, I also see it with others who are obviously regular. Your coffee will be on the counter when you enter the register only because they have seen you on the line. The employees of all layers are very organized and receive the orders as soon as possible. If there is ever a problem, they are fast to fix it for you without any problem. It is a very busy DD especially in the morning, but they are very efficient. It's my favorite DDD!
Not bad. I had to hunt for straws. My drink was done well. I have ordered via the mobile app to get to pick up and they have used less ice as specified so I appreciate it.
They’re very nice people but they screw up everybody’s order all the time.
