The quality and the service of their food is very poor compared to all other dunkin places I have been to. They cut corners and give bad food to people. Even same order of bagel with cream cheese and tomato with cheese sandwiches here taste dad compared to all other Dunkin places and not to mention about their water down drinks.
eating tastes like chemicals. how many cleaners or something. please tell the girl who works in the drive-dru window to put lotion on her hands, she has very dry, crack ashy skin. we do not know whether in the packaging pieces of dead skin fall into our coffee or food. I'm not trying to be mean, but it's rough.
some of the customers invite free or try to cheat a sandwich. some come to look for problems and be poisonous instead of the purpose of getting their food. some do not understand the dunkin' app. guard from the employees.
I asked for a frozen coffee and got hot chocolate. how do they even mix it. Nobody was in front of me or behind me.
