I hate that I have to give this one a star. because it's really not. it is the individual who should be working and terminated there. I visited this load several times over the years and the staff was exceptional. Yesterday I came through the trip thru and bought a strawberry cooling cat. this man with prawan affection, gave me the drink as if there were something nonsense in his hand. the drink was $4.00 and changed. I gave a $5.00 bill and didn't get my change. we k asked about him and also a grievous, she told me it was only 6 or 7 cents. I can't remember what of the two. then she says I don't want to **** your bags. that's my change. I asked if she had a problem? then she asked if I had one? when she closed the window, you got the right one! he shouldn't be in the car thru.
After 1.5 yrs of working from home during the Covid pandemic, I found it hard (time-wise to prep breakfast when I returned to the office. This Dunkin makes breakfast easy to grab go. The manager runs a well-oiled machine, that drive-thru keeps flowing. The coffee options are on point they typically deliver well on special requests (i.e. extra toasted . The staff is efficient friendly, especially “Trease” (sp? who kills it w/ attentiveness warm customer service. This Dunkin helps ease the burden of a downtown Miami drive. Well done, guys. ??
terrible service! coffee wasn't so great. no customer confirmation. I'm in line. I ordered a pumpkin muffin and they were not a offer to repair it. when I asked about something else, it was bagged and put aside. I order donuts to wait after 10 minutes, and the workers look at me and went by. when I got my donuts, the hired man forgot to give me the bag with the roll in her. don't go back. not even free!
Completely ripped off. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and it hardly had any cream cheese at all. Just a small smear on one half of one side of one bagel. I cant remember the last time I've written a bad review about anything, I'm not picky, but this is too far.
