I went through the drive thru, which was fast and accurate. Napkins were even included in my bag and I was asked on the window if I wanted ketchup. The rolls were fresh, the frits were hot and fresh, perfect. I really enjoyed my meal. I want to give 5 stars instead of 4 but I would also be a bit more courtesy of the person who takes my order. Can I help you? Even a 'Hi or Hello' would be okay. Also the size of regular cheeseburgers is obviously becoming smaller, I would rather increase prices instead of size. I could get old, but what happened to the days of receipt?
It was a short bite to eat. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms were tidy. And the food was fresh and delicious. I don't always expect great customer service from Fast Food Joints. But the manager is actually the one who took the time to take my order and a nice conversation while waiting for my food. I had a pleasant experience.
order a coffee this morning for a quick pickup, but the place was closed and the only way to get it is car 10 in the drive thru great system they think if they do not choose to dive them the pickup on the app, it would refuse their order.
I wish I knew her name, but here's a girl that makes my coffee better than any other dunkin I've ever had.
