if I could choose less than one star, I would have the definitiw. I have lived the greatest part of my life in whitman and often visit this dunkin' donuts on the bedford street in whitman. every time I go there, it's a completely different crew of workers, they can't keep hired to save her life. they rent all the children who are totally lazy and not give a damn thing about the job and certainly do not give a damn about the customers. And what is even worse is that the manager and the owners of this place also do not care. slow service is and maintenance! more like the worst service I have ever experienced in my life! there were no hard enough choices. I was there today at lunchtime there were 3 employees working in total, making a white girl coffee, a black girl who rang into the customers and made a man the sandwiches. from the other reviews, I have read that there is more to work with than they usually have, in which there is only 2 or I guess that no one can ever find. each person who had ordered before me had to repeat their order at least twice if not three times because the girl just didn't listen. Of course, when I came to register, I had to repeat my as well as medium ice 3 splenda quite simply. there is a huge piece of plexiglas hanging in front of me, so I sneaked the money on the tresor underneath. she looked at me and said you couldn't have put the money in my hand, did I say excuse me? would I like to give it to you through the plexiglas? she then looked confused as if she didn't know what plexiglas was? the white girl made my coffee and gave it to me and I told her that she should really not ring people in her is extremely rude and the black girl said good make a complain then and I said, oh of course I will be! well, the phone number on the outside of the building is wrong because I called it and the person who replied that he has no dunkin donuts on her So I got the place and got the right phone number. this remained a waste of time, because the actual owner of the load hardly speaks English and did not really seem to care that his employees were rude and chase customers out of the load. When I told him I was there this afternoon, he said well that I had her name. I said no, I didn't have her wearing a name tag. but I told you there was only one white girl, a black girl and a man who works. Foreigners do not know how to deal with customer service in this country, that is a well-known thing as they really try to give me an apology as they do not know who I mean. it is their task to find out it, they call their manager of this business and find out who in the timetable is not so difficult. don't just sit there and play them stupid with me on the phone. he could have asked for my address and sent me a gift card or something! do something to make it right. So this terrible review is not only for the infilial workers, but directly to the owner of this place! to have a owner like this, it makes it a terrible load that it is known today. if he doesn't care about customer service, no one will work there. the employees are not properly trained, it only shows that no one in there does not even care a little. Actually, it's pretty sad. dunkin is not a heavier place where I managed to do it, so I never understand how to mess up so bad all the time. condemning someone's job isn't even a big thing if you know how to deal with it. if they simply apologise and give up the order obviously not reload the most people will be satisfied with it. many of the reviews I've read for this place when they have massacred someone's job, they try to deny it or get crazy. they have even made the order new and tried to reload the customer?! I don't know what's going on over there, but something has to be done.
The Dunkin’ Donuts on south ave is horrible. It is a bunch of kids with zero work ethic. They take forever to fill an order and if you go inside the Dunkin’s they do not acknowledge you whatsoever. In the drive thru, they do 1 order at a time and it takes forever to get just a simple coffee. This location also has a habit of shutting down early. They close now at 7 because of Covid. Which every where else has gone back to normal operating hours, but even at a 7 o clock closing time they still close even earlier to clean. I’ve been there a few times at 6:45pm 6:52 pm and they tell me they are closed or they don’t answer and just stare at you. If your looking for fast quality service go to a different dunkies don’t go to this one.
PROVISIONS Nail salon around! Everyone is always so kind to see you when you walk in the door. I am very special about my nails and my needs are always accommodated! My nails are always perfect when I go! Would highly recommend!!! Love it here!
This is my favorite salon! Everyone is super friendly and do a great job on nails. I can't wait to show them here on holidays!
