The staff is rude and borders on ignorance. A $6.oo purchase was $8.31. It took 20 minutes for the cashier to find out the mathematics on their phone. I offered to pay with exact amount. Cashier insisted on changing from her tip. The change was wrong again. I asked for my ten back, cashier, said. I can't open my drawer. No ammunition, wrong change, and I can't get my money and just go. I didn't get the name of the young man. He needs a job check, he could have helped his employee.
Excellent service for a very packed place! Coded guidelines are followed and set up. Clean bathroom and quick service. Some tables are also available. Coffee took a second, but workers all work hard and fast and are friendly and competent.
Have 2 closer Dunkin? near me but always end up going here! Super fast and the food tastes much better than other Dunkins
The guy with the Dreads was really nice, has my order pretty fast, giving great customer service!
