I?ve given this location more than one chance because people are entitled to make mistakes. Every visit there?s always an issue. Yesterday was the worse. I ordered a Cappuccino with NO SUGAR. It was made clear because she asked me would I like any flavor since I?m not getting sugar. I said no to both because I cannot have sugar. They asked me to pull up because my order was taking a little long. I was ok with it and pulled up. The brought my food out with no napkins and by the time I realized it she was already back inside. I didn?t get a chance to sip my cappuccino as it was too hot. A few minutes later as I was driving I took a sip and had to pull over to spit it out. It didn?t only have sugar and had a lot of sugar and tasted like syrup. I called to address the issue and was told o had to come back. I live in Miami Beach so it?s inconvenient. I asked to speak to a manager so that we may come to a solution and she says ?why would you want to speak to a manager when they are going to tell you the same thing.? That is not how you answer a customer who you have dissatisfied. On top of that her answer to me was ?oops? when I reminded her who I was. Well oops I?m a diabetic. I called more than once today and no answer. I?ll spare her and not put her name on here but you can believe I will never come back.
No gloves! There on 01/12/2021 during a pandemic. I saw that 3 different employees grabbed the donuts with their bare hands (not even with the little napkin they literally have next to the donuts) Last straw was when the person gave the cash register, holding their arm back all the way (again no gloves, had just handled money from the person before me) and barehanded a muffin. Touches every single muffin on the way with her hands and arm. Left immediately, place should be closed immediately, this place is a danger. It's crazy how this place can run like this pandemic. Thanks Florida for your wonderful health department!
