As someone who is a big fan of cod, the sign indicating “Friday: cod” caught my attention. I was welcomed with sympathy. The rustic setting suggests generous and family cuisine, which was the case. The simple and effective starter, endives and apples, everything I like. The cod dish was perfect, with lots of flavor and plenty of fat. The crème brûlée is very good. Congratulations to the cooks for this meal. I will happily return during the week and another Friday. See you soon.
Organized by the CCAS of Aydat, we spent the day at the royal estate of Randan. There were about fifty of us and we ate lunch at the Hotel restaurant. Very warm welcome and very comprehensive menu, attentive service and the very tasty Basquaise chicken main course as well as the crème brûlée for dessert, all homemade.
