Sunday brunch, cafe was 3/4 full with an abundance of staff but only 3 actually serving meals. The 2 capps ($8.00) arrived at the table within minutes of ordering, too quickly as it turned out. The food took 30+ minutes. I had to queue for the one operator taking orders. The second time I had to queue was to ask where our brunch was, after all, people who arrived after us had been served and one couple had even eaten and left well before we say our meal.No cutlery or napkins on the table.Old and half used sugar sachets in the sugar container on the table. The corn fritters with bacon, guacamole, salsa, rocket and sweet chilli sauce was only just OK. It looked good but the fritters were very low on the corn count and very soggy, there was no rocket, the guacamole and salsa was a watery mess tipped over the bacon. Sweet chilli sauce was artistically(?) drizzled across the whole dish a couple of times with the now all too familiar balsamic vinegar drizzle around the edge of the plate. ($19.50)The requested smaller serving of scrambled egg on sourdough with out bacon ended up being very lightly toasted cold sourdough and pile of scrambled egg with a sprinkle of pepper. Not even a parsley garnish. ($12.50 reduced to $10.00).$37.50 for slow service, no apology, very average food. Not good enough!
