here the chef cooks himself and the very tasty. from simple court to upscale kitchen, here he leaves his creativity free running. what comes well over is that the chef comes to the table after eating himself and asks if it tasted and if everything was right.
super! had pork roast and a vegetarian dish allgäuer serviettenknödel with cheese and leaf spinach. very good and beautifully dressed. personal also very friendly. at any time. have forgotten to make photos.
