"Many vegan options and slightly more affordable than Din Tai Fung. (Although I would say Din Tai Fung has more variety. The cute salad with sweet and acidic dressing cannot beat!"

Very friendly staff helped me navigate the menu. The Dan Dan noodles were simply in a spicy peanut sauce with some spring onion. I love the distinctive feeling of Szechuan peppercorns. The steamed veggie dumplings were also amazing: very delicate and flavored with Chinese greens. Soy sauce and chili paste made them extra delicious. I like the tapas style menu where you get smaller portions and order more items. I'll be back soon! Please know that this Bellevue site is the only catering for vegans due to the large number of vegetarians from India in the area. That means there can be no or so many vegan items at other locations.

The restaurant is well maintained and well lit. The service staff were quick and helpful. The staff did check vaccine record before I got seated. I ordered steamed dumpling, pancake and Dan Dan noodles. I liked all of them. I wish they had the garlic chili sauce. Overall it?s a nice place and recommend it.

Very quick and friendly service. Only quibble is that they seated all groups next to each other despite the restaurant being completely empty. Food was delicious. My Taiwan friend didn?t think the beef roll was that authentic but still tasted pretty good.

All her foods are great? I would highly recommend the Dan Dan Noodle and the Beef Noodle Soup. The noodles are very chewing, and the beef is perfectly trimmed? not too soft and not too hard, it's just right! The part is on the small size.
