this restaurant has a beautiful location in the parador, which was built at the end of the 15th century as a hospital for pilgrims. the service is impeccable, but not intrusive. the dishes we tried were beautifully presented, very much portioned and delicious. the Spanish wine is reasonable. an unforgettable experience!
