It is sincerely an excellent "old" or "Chinese" as we say, and we have done several decades. It serves exceptional freshness dishes and if it is on a non-pretentious side of quality, it competes with many colleagues from Alès to Nîmes! Besides, we shouldn't do it too pub... (The wine? Try his Red Costier!!
