Walk in around 4pm, it was alone at this time. One lady behind the counter was on the phone, then took my order. Four beef tacos, a whole chicken w/ sides and 1 chicken burrito. All that for about $46 and change. Gave me no receipt. She went back tothe kitchen and didn't wash her hands. She then took some old chicken, not juicy, burned and reheaded it, did the tacos onlywith one hand glove while on the phone talking nonsense. I did asked her thru another worker to stop talking, I don't appreciatespit on my food. The chicken was old, hard, flavorless, the pinto beans smelled burned, the rice was bland. The customerservice was bad and the quality of food is horrible. They will loose clients if they don't learn step it up.
My husband and I ordered from here tonight. On May 19, we were both very disappointed. The chicken my husband got was all torn, he couldn't even eat it. Also we ordered chips guacamole at 5.99 should be fresh good, we got the smallest container it was too hot and very runny. The best part of the whole meal was the tortilla?s and the beans, they were the best part of the meal. I don't think we'll get back from there. ll go to El Pollo Loco next time. You get 2 stars from 10.
This place is divine. My husband and I are regulars. It tastes so fresh and delicious every single time. We love the chicken street tacos, chicken salad, and horchata the most but everything we’ve tried has been awesome! They also speak both Englishand Spanish. They are very friendly and they have a punch card to get 50% off. Also the prices are very fair and they areextremely fast. We literally recommend it to everyone!
When we went here they charged us 8 dollars for 1 large and 1 regular drink. Which are 1.99 and 2.49. Then acted like I was crazy when I pointed it out. Then the over charge is for everything we ordered. Our bill was almost 40 bucks for 8 tacos and 2drinks!!! On top of that the meat was super dry. Avoid this place at all cost!
