So I called and placed my order at 9:00 pm. 2 pasta bowls for $25.00 which you’d think they’d be family size for the price. Realized they weren’t. Called and canceled my order literally at 9:11pm. Worker said that’s fine we’ll cancel and your refund will take 24 hours.. I said okay thank you. 9:45 a driver pulls up I go outside and say “ I’m sorry I canceled the order over 30 minutes ago”! He said they didn’t tell me so you can still have it. I said will I still get my refund he said yea it’s not my fault or yours. I said uhhhhh ok. Very confused. Called and they said okay we will cancel it I said I tried telling the driver and the guy on the phone who I was told is the manager said I’m not sure why your getting so worked up over this I’m canceling it what’s the problem. And I really wasn’t being rude I was just trying to tell him what happened. Ridiculous.. won’t be ordering again.. The driver was super nice and super professional. But the “manager “. Absolutely not..
