On Thursday evening I ordered pizza at 7:10. The tracker showed the pizza made and my delivery left the store. 30 min after my pizza supposedly left the store, the driver calls for replacing my drink order because they are all out. He tells me he's 30 minutes away. I was very upset that 1 hour and 20 minutes after the order, I find out that there are 2 hours waiting and won?t get the drinks I ordered. When I called the shop, the manager was unapologetic and defensive. When I asked why the driver only asks about my drink order 30 minutes after his departure, UNG UP ON ME! I called back and he admitted hanging up and pretending not to know why I'm just being asked about my drink. I threatened to call his management, then suspended. He called back and said they were out of the drink I ordered, and I still want my pizza! I'm sorry for the customer service. You want Dominos because it's fast and easy. When is it not? I could also cook a gourmet meal in less time and less cereal. The supplier was friendly after the Ordeal, but I am very upset with the service provided.
