I want to say how I had a really good experience ordering delivery yesterday from this location. I placed my order at lunch time. Got my food within 20 min. Super fast service and ease of ordering online. They must of been a little slower today based on other's reviews but my pizza was hot and just the way I ordered so I couldn't be happier with that part. The part I dislike is the delivery charge seems really unreasonable and from what the drive says they don't get the delivery fee so I wonder is this just a way to charge and extra $5 on top of the normal price???
Very unprofessional and rude . I hope things chance as i have been a Dominos customer for a while . And wish n hope to be a friendly customer each time i visit but boy some of the folks inside are quite rude and disrespectful . Including and especially the manager Madam who allows this to happen. Fortunately we have other Dominos in the area.
I'm not getting my dipping sauces. Not the ones that come with it not the ones that I order extra and I'm pretty sure I'm paying for that. This is the second time at the same location out of three orders not very good.
Every time i am dumping more than half pizza into trash because it's not baking welldone.Am selecting well done option but they are not doing that.maybe this is the time to change.
