Domino's Pizza - Table reservation

I made an order online for $40! You be delivered to my home near by. I sighed up for the 2 min notice before pizza got here and waited far more then a half hour plus after 2 min notice... When it hit here it was late, cold BURNT, and the poor kid delivering it dropped it ALL on the ground. I sent some back for to be replaced, the person on phone claimed to have eaten the cold, burnt, dropped pizza.. And gave me an attitude about replacing it... I got nervous about what they might do to replacement and asked fora manager to call me in morning instead. Order time, 7:59..... Delivery 8:48! It was burnt and COLD!

Order online for In-Store Pickup. I forgot to add something to the order and called the store, was kindly greeted and she treated my additional order at speed. The woman brought it home and it was exactly what I ordered. Everything was hot and delicious. NEW REVIEW 06/30/22: Has ordered a few thin crust pizzas and they were to the par. We talked to one of Hailey's managers and she supplied us with spare pizza. Customer service is excellent. The place is always clean, staff are professional, and if the food does not meet your expectations, they will make sure you take care of yourself.

Great service .. tonight's delivery person seems in a great hurry they basically tossed the order onto the porch and ran like I'd scalded them. They didn't even wave bye or knock to inform they were here. If we hadn't been watching we wouldn't have known the order arrived.

wrong order for the first time. that took care of a free pizza that was cold and the delivery lasted over an hour
