We ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6:19 on Thursday night. We got a 30-40-minute window. At 7:00 they were still in the oven. We called and said it was at least 25 minutes. You have already instructed the card to order so that we waited for our pizza in the Limbus. The pizza comes at 7:36. with the driver said she thought our address was in the parkland, it clearly stated longhorne). At any rate, we'll type $4) and go to dedicate our pizza. His RAW! The cheese is melted, the sauce is warm, the dough is actually raw, cold spots and all. It's not the first time, but surely it's the last. I very much propose to order from a local pizza shop against this franchise, which apparently cannot cook pizza or deliever in less than one and a half hours!
I would like to rate the product that I bought and the service that I have provided. I ordered online for picking up in the store, I received the message that it was ready to pick up, looking for a little to it, they found the order and I was my way. When I came home and was ready to have dinner in the middle of the bread bowl had only really raw dough, the surface was barely boiled and the middle was not so much, after the call of the shop I was offered to go again when I received another order. I said I would pay for the delivery, but it wouldn't go, after a while I gave up because the only solution was to pay for the order again. I don't think I'd come back.
Had a simple order of pasta and wings last night. After an hour and 20 minutes, 50 minutes, when the app said the food was ready, I called the store. When I explained that this was substandard and that I wanted to talk to a manager, the guy who picked up the phone was hanging up. I then called her company support and was told that I would get a call from the owner or manager of the site, but heard from them. Dominos is usually one of our favorite breakfast place, but if this quick order is close to an hour and 45 minutes, it's time to look elsewhere.
Disgusting. The pizza was only partly cooked, super teig and sloppy. My wife did the tracking thing online and noticed that it went through the quality control area twice and then when she checked again it showed as prepared. I had no idea what they did there, but my wife was surprised by the quality due to the reviews, but she wanted to give them the advantage of doubt. The pizza was so soft and rough that I had a slice and my wife tried one and she took a bite and threw it away. Huge. Serious excuse for pizza.
